If you feel stuck and need one-to-one coaching with negative thought patterns and would like to approach it from a mindfulness based cognitive therapy perspective, I can help you and give you guidance on how to move forward positively. Become aware of how you think and behave in order to improve your wellbeing, health and lifestyle.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions or individual one-to-one's can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance only. Any cancellations made within these times will not be credited or refunded. Please email with any questions or queries.
